Would anyone care to show me where one could do some prime training? I must keep my edge if we're to see this through.

There are several areas outside of the castle that appear excellent for training, depending on what kind you are interested in focusing upon. Outside of those, there appears to be a...'gym' inside? There was a door that had 'Saiyans Only, Do Not Try This (Please)' inside that gym, though, so I advise against exploring the gym too much.

Actually, I have an inkling as to what exactly that is. I'm a Saiyan myself, actually, and we have a unique genetic trait that boosts our power whenever we recover from injury, so the preferred training method of some of the other Saiyans I know is to subject ourselves to gravitic forces well in excess of hundreds of times the normal force of gravity, and then allow our bodies to heal and power up.

I don't see why not. It's certainly more instrospective and self-reflective than the styles of any other living Saiyan, that's for sure.
