Even with my insight into what may be, I know not of where my path ends.

I will, however, have you know this; we are not the same. No chains bind me now. I act on my own volition. No amount of suffering or rewards Lucifer could inflict could dissuade me from my own path.

I'm sorry I cannot remove the bounds on your soul. Your deity's might exceeds my own at present.

I would not ask for your help, Niflheimer, even if you did possess the strength. Within the claim of my soul lies more than might; within it lies purpose.

Your plans may be grand and your powers exceptional, but you are in servitude, of this there is no mistake. Lucifer is not a deity whose advocacy should be taken lightly. He may lead you to commit acts that cannot be undone.

Is your goal mightier, to use your own words, than the will of a malicious, supernatural being? Or perhaps do you believe that between Lucifer and yourself, you are the greater malicious supernatural being?
